What is a stillage?
A stillage is a durable, steel-framed unit used for storage, handling, and transportation of goods. They’re widely used in construction, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Where are your stillages repaired and built?
All refurbishments and custom builds are completed in-house at our production yard in Washington, Tyne & Wear. We are not resellers — we design, engineer, and refurbish our products ourselves.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across the entire UK. Some postcode areas may require a custom shipping quote due to logistics costs — please contact us if you’re unsure.
How much is delivery?
We offer a flat UK-wide delivery rate of £59 + VAT per order (not per item). For bulk orders or trade accounts, custom delivery rates may apply.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! You’re welcome to collect from our Washington facility. If you do, we’ll refund the delivery charge within 30 days.
Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for large/heavy items, and note that we do not allow collections after 3:30pm.

Can I order a custom-made stillage or pallet?
Absolutely! Most of our work is custom. Whether you need specific dimensions, drop fronts, stackable feet, or castors — we’ll build it to your spec. Call 0191 814 3865 or contact us online to request a quote.
Are your stillages suitable for lifting?
Yes, but it depends on the design and your specific lifting requirements. Please speak to us to ensure you’re using the appropriate solution for safe lifting.
Can my stillages be tested and certified?
Yes. We offer stillage testing and certification services upon request. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
What’s your lead time?
For online orders, we aim to dispatch within 5–10 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after full payment.
We’ll confirm delivery 24–48 hours in advance. If delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.
